• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate registration information.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users may register using:

• Mobile number (OTP verification)
• Email (if applicable)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities under your account.

QuickVerse is not liable for unauthorized account usage due to your negligence.

4. NATURE OF SERVICES

QuickVerse is a technology platform that:

• Connects users with vendors.
• Facilitates order placement.
• Coordinates delivery.

We do not manufacture food or grocery products unless explicitly stated.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Product quality
• Food hygiene
• Legal compliance
• Correct pricing and description

5. ORDER PROCESS

• User selects items.
• Order confirmation is subject to:
  • Vendor acceptance
  • Product availability
• Estimated delivery time is indicative only.

QuickVerse may cancel orders due to:

• Unavailability
• Technical errors
• Safety concerns
• Fraud detection

Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices displayed may include:

• Product price
• Delivery charges
• Applicable taxes

QuickVerse may charge:

• Delivery fee
• Platform convenience fee (if applicable)

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Accepted payment modes:

• UPI
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (if available)

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

User Cancellation:
Allowed before vendor confirms order. Post-confirmation cancellation may not be permitted.

Refunds:
Processed in cases of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items
• Damaged goods
• Order cancellation by platform

Refund timeline:
5–10 business days (depending on payment mode).

8. DELIVERY POLICY

• Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
• User must provide accurate delivery address.
• Re-delivery may attract additional charges.

9. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform.
• Post offensive or illegal content.
• Harass delivery partners.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Use bots or automated systems.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Trademarks
• Software

Are owned by QuickVerse or licensed to us. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

QuickVerse shall not be liable for:

• Vendor product quality issues.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions beyond control.
• Loss due to user negligence.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Technical failures

13. TERMINATION

We may:

• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Restrict services.
• Block access.

Without prior notice for violation of Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
