Refund Policy

At QuickVerse, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued for purchases of food and other goods made through our Android app/IOS app.

1. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order was not delivered.
  • The delivered items were materially different from what you ordered (wrong item, missing items, or spoiled/unusable food).
  • There was a duplicate charge or other billing error.
  • Other exceptional circumstances, as determined by our support team.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Open the QuickVerse app and go to Orders > [Select Order] > Report a problem.
  • Choose the appropriate issue type, attach photos (if applicable), and submit.
  • You may also email support at [email protected] with your order number and details.

3. Investigation & Resolution

  • Our support team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 hours and investigate.
  • We may ask for additional information (photos, delivery confirmation, etc.) to process your request.

4. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The exact posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Some providers may take longer; we are not responsible for bank processing delays.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases (e.g., a missing item from a multi-item order), we may issue a partial refund that reflects the value of the affected item(s).

6. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

  • Service fees, delivery fees, and tips may not be refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds are subject to verification and may be denied if we determine the request is fraudulent or ineligible.

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank before we resolve your request, please notify us at [email protected] so we can cooperate with the investigation. Repeated chargebacks may result in account action.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date.
